What a wonderful trip it has been. It has been a great last day and a great week. We have enjoyed praying over this city, meeting people, learning about them and sharing Christ with London. Please enjoy some of our pictures from today.
If you are ever interested in joining one of our future teams please let Spencer know at Hunter Street.

Thursday
Today we were able to find many new places and meet many new friends. We first helped out Kings Cross coffee give away and then we were able to find some major new developments in Kings Cross where they expect 50,000 residences in the next 5 years! We were able to pray for many needs and to speak the Gospel to many people.
Please be in prayer though for Linda and for Christian, we hope to be able to reconnect with them tomorrow and to build on a relationship that has been started this week. Pray also for our last day that God will direct our paths and show us the people and places we can share His story of redemption and reconciliation with for His namesake.
Thank you for your continued prayers. Please enjoy some of our pictures from last night at a prayer meeting with Kings Cross to some of our work from today.

Tuesday & Wednesday
We have had a fantastic past two days. God is really allowing us to learn more about the people and the culture in the Camden borough as well as build stronger relationships with partners and new partners in the area.
Please enjoy the following pictures and movie and pray for our last two days. Please pray for open doors to communicate the Gospel, to form new relationships, and to see the unseen for our time in prayer.

Monday...art, a boat, fire drill and the Gospel
Our day started bright and early with our group devotion time where we prepared our hearts and minds for the day. We divided into our groups, with each walking a different area of the borough of Camden. We prayed for God to open doors of opportunity to engage people in conversation. All three groups were able to have meaningful conversations that led to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
While walking into a art gallery one group met Jessica. She was raised going to church, but had not been in many years, was given the truth of the Gospel and shared that it was the first time in her life that Christianity finally made sense. Praise God that the truth was unveiled to her!
One group had been praying for the opportunity to talk to college students outside a local university. In previous walks our group was never allowed in the building and common areas however, today, when this group walked by, a fire drill went off and forced all the students outside. We were able to have many meaningful conversations with people of various ages.
Another group was walking along the canal in Camden Town and struck up a conversation with a man who they learned had fallen on hard times and was living on his brother's boat. They were able to bring him a hot breakfast, some money and a Bible with hopes that he'll join us to worship at King's Cross Baptist Church Wednesday night.
We ended the day with a nice dinner in the heart of London and then began a prayer walk around St. Paul's Cathedral, across Millennium Bridge, to City Hall, up to Tower Bridge and then to London Tower. It was a lovely night, with beautiful sights, but we were reminded that beauty is not in things that are made by man, but that are made by God.
It has been an amazing gift to see how God directs our steps to areas in need of intercessory prayer and to people who are needing to hear the Good News.
We appreciate your commitment to pray for our group as we continue to reach the lost of London. Please continue to pray for our energy, focus, dependency on God, and for open doors to share the gospel and connect people to Kings Cross.
Enjoy some pictures of the day...

Kings Cross Baptist and Prayer Walking
Our prayer walking today consisted of an area where there were lots of strong holds - Mosques, Muslim Community Centers, and many sinful places of business. Please pray for the people in the Somers Town area that these barriers will come down. We felt blessed to see so many diverse people. London is indeed a melting pot and there is a true need for gospel to be shared. Continue to pray for our team. That we would be sensitive to the needs of the people here. There is a great presence of other world religions. It is so evident that Jesus is needed here. Also, continue to lift our new friends at Kings Cross and pastor Andrew Smith that their church will grow and extend more into these communities. We feel blessed to have the opportunity to be here!
Thank you for your prayers. Please pray for our strength and focus. Pray that we will depend on God for our walks in what we pray for as well as who we engage.
Thank you.

We are here!
Primrose Hill with Shard in background |
While praying and engaging at Primrose the girls were able to make a connection with a university student, Norelco and connect her to Meredith. She is in need of a ESL teacher and Meredith just so happens to be starting a ESL ministry with Kings Cross. Pray for this connection and that Meredith will be able to create a discipling relationship as she teaches English as a Second Language with Norelco. This was yet again a simple reminder of how God provides when we depend on him!
After our Camden and Primrose Hill walk we went and dined at Fogg's and then capped the evening off with a Camden favorite, Banana Nutella Crepe! Yum.
Please pray for our work tomorrow as we will worship with Kings Cross Baptist and then start People mapping and prayer walking in our different areas. Pray for God to give us insight to see the unseen and to be able to engage people and share the good news of Christ to those we meet.

London 2012
Here we are again, back in this wonderful city, getting to tell of His salvation from day to day and to declare His glory to the nations!
We hope that this blog will demonstrate what God will be doing through us as well well as how you can continue to pray for our team and to continue in your efforts to lift up London! We will need your prayer support from home!
Today, we were able to touch base with the Ilford team. They are wrapping up their week and if our week goes as well as theirs has then I can not wait to see what God will have in store for us. Please pray today for the safe arrival of our team tomorrow and specifically for the following request.
1. To be spiritually mindful of our surroundings and people we encounter.
2. To pray cooperatively with each other with insight into the people and surroundings as guided by the Holy Spirit.
3. To be bold in our sharing of the gospel.
4. For opportunities to form relationships that can be connected to local church partners for on-going discipleship.
Enjoy some of the pictures from today with the Ilford team. Keep them in your prayers as well as they finish up their work and return home on Monday.
Enjoy our short video of day along with pictures of our time.
